Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Melton Mowbray an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage both their own workload and the efficiency of the warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking on average anything between 80 to 100 items per day
- Planning and organising your own workload while overseeing team performance during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Ensuring all operational requirements are met in line with business needs

- Proven experience in a warehouse team leader
- The ability to use their own initiative and work independently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead
