We are a vibrant and inclusive primary school committed to delivering an outstanding education for every pupil. We are now looking to welcome an experienced Early Years Classroom Teacher to join our high-performing team.

We understand that early childhood is a crucial stage in a child’s development. Having invested significantly in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) area, we are seeking an innovative and energetic practitioner to help take our provision to the next level. Working closely with the EYFS Lead, you will play a key role in shaping an exceptional educational environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a caring, stimulating, and engaging environment that supports effective learning for all pupils, including those with limited prior experience in similar settings.
  • Plan and deliver lessons and activities tailored to the age and abilities of Reception children.
  • Actively contribute to the wider school community, supporting the best outcomes for all children and their families.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience leading a Year R classroom and supporting families through the transition into school.
  • A passion for early education and a strong understanding of how to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the school community.
