Facilitate Search have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to work on a static site in London.
Location: SW1A
Salary: £48,000
Package: Overtime x1.5/ x2 + 25 days holiday & 8 days bank holiday
The Role:
- To provide first response / self-delivery of maintenance and engineering services for the MSD maintenance contract portfolio.
- To complete PPM tasks and activities in accordance with contracted service level agreements.
- To complete reactive works in accordance with contracted service level agreements.
- To complete quoted works in accordance with contracted service level agreements.
- To provide attendance on site where sub-contractors are required to complete specialist works.
- To provide supervision when necessary where sub-contractors are required to complete specialist works.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent or City & Guilds 2360/2330/2357 or equivalent (including 18th Edition BS 7671).
- Test & Inspection qualification (C&G 2391 or equivalent) is desirable.
- Proven experience in a resident or building services electrical role, ideally within a facilities management setting.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
- Excellent fault-finding skills and ability to work independently on a live site.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
