We are looking for an experienced Assistant Spa and Treatment Manager who is passionate about the spa and beauty industry and committed to delivering the highest standard of customer care.
Your day to day:
- Assist with the management and development of the spa and treatments team
- Assist the Spa and Treatment Manager in ensuring that finance and control procedures are followed
- Support with the internal sales and marketing activities of Spa and Treatments and for maximising external marketing opportunities
- Maintaining operational procedures within the Spa and Spa Treatments Area to ensure effective day-to-day management
- Ensuring highest possible standard of hospitality and customer care is achieved by all Spa and Treatments team members to all guests and spa members
- To ensure all enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner
- To maximise sales of the Spa and Treatments area by continually looking for ways of increasing sales
- Support with the ongoing maintenance of the Spa and Treatments area
Who are we looking for?
You will have proven experience in an assistant spa management role of a similar size spa for a minimum of 1 year. An understanding of health and safety regulations is essential, with pool plant qualifications advantageous. We are looking for someone who will support with leading and motivating the team and you will have proven experience in this area. An understanding of budgeting and sales forecasting would be advantageous. A qualification in a level 3 spa therapy would be advantageous. A genuine passion for the spa industry is essential. Being able to multi-task is a must; you will need to offer warm hospitality to our spa members and hotel guests whilst delivering the highest standard of hospitality. Our spa is open 7 days a week so working most weekends will be required.
