Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of required Rent Guarantee support tasks by administering new and existing Rent Guarantee policies for all Rent Guarantee customers via phone and/or email.
- Be responsible for all letting agent and landlord queries in relation to our Rent Guarantee products whilst working closely with the Sales team.
- Ensure SLAs are met, and customers feel that they are receiving a best in class service.
- Action all agent queries and requests ensuring focus on delivering and achieving all required SLAs for all processes.
- Be accountable and take ownership to resolve customers' issues and provide solutions for all customers ensuring the customer is happy.
- Support Rent Guarantee policy retention by completing all required retention activity ensuring we do not lose a single customer and policy.
- Raise to line manager any efficiencies and better ways of working identified that support the delivery of a best-in-class journey and service to our customers.
- Provide information & training on non-FCA regulated insurance products in a non-advised manner to enable customers to reach informed decisions to purchase.
- Complete accurately CRM systems to record activity and progress whilst ensuring customer details are kept up to date and accurate and a robust audit trail is maintained.
- Update all necessary logs, trackers, and databases to record information to provide adequate MI and audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the FCA by keeping up to date with all changes.
- Report immediately all risks and breaches identified within the team, all incidents/breaches/loss events and near miss reports of which they become aware and any significant issues of irreconcilable dispute with the line management.
- Ensure you are providing accurate and effective records of customer interaction demonstrating a clear and consistent approach whilst supporting a robust audit trail.
- Take full ownership of complaints and grumbles investigating and resolving queries and issues raised whilst driving change.
- Escalate key risks and issues to the management team where required.
- Build good working relationships across the Sales team and teams within the business and everyone embodies the value of United as one team.
