This is a full-time on-site role for a Skincare Specialist located in Central London. The Skincare Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care, performing high-quality skincare treatments, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. The role involves managing the full client service journey, from consultation and appointment scheduling to handling complaints and safeguarding client confidentiality., 1. Customer Reception and Relationship Management

  • Manage and perform the complete care protocols for LAPO clients, including consultation, appointment scheduling, reception, and farewell, ensuring a thoughtful and meticulous service journey for each client.

  • Build long-term and close relationships with clients through professional advice, personalized techniques and product education, laying the groundwork for ongoing service.

  • Respond and handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Management Team in all cases.

  • Safeguard all client information, ensuring it is kept confidential, securely stored, and never shared with unauthorized parties within or outside the Company.

  1. Skincare Treatments and Technical Services
  • Carry out treatments punctually to a consistently high standard in accordance with clients’ requirements and as per the training received to strive for repeat bookings.

  • Ensure products and treatments are suitable to clients’ needs and consider medical contraindications.

  • Maintain the LAPO counter, site and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.

  • Continuously enhance and refine professional skills, attend compulsory trainings including skincare knowledge and technical methods, to deliver more specialized and efficient treatments.

  1. Sales and Performance
  • Actively drive sales to meet and exceed both personal and store targets.

  • Promote the LAPO brand by educating clients on products and treatments.

  • Engage in promotional activities and contribute to the success of events.

  • Support the LAPO Management Team with accurate sales and stock level tracking.

The ideal candidate should be highly flexible with excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for skincare and beauty is essential, along with an exceptional approach to customer service. Full training on LAPO products will be provided. This role requires a 40-hour work week on a pro-rata basis, including weekends., * VTCT Level 3 Award in Facial Electrotherapy/ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (required).

  • CIDESCO certificate/ VTCT (ITEC) Level 4 Certificate or additional training in Laser/ Chemical Peel & Microneedling is highly desirable.

  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.

  • Professional Knowledge: Solid foundation in beauty-related knowledge, including dermatology, cosmetic science, and experience with beauty device operations such as HydraFacial, Laser hair removal, radiofrequency and RF Microneedling.

  • Technical Skills:1-3 years of relevant industry experience within a clinical or high-end spa environment, with a preference for those skilled in Japanese facial techniques.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their skin needs and concerns, and provide expert advice.

  • Service Orientation: Strong service mindset with a client-centric approach, ensuring attentive and comprehensive care.

  • Learning Ability: Strong commitment to update personal knowledge and skills while embodying and promoting LAPO’s brand philosophy and culture., * Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

  • 40 Hours

  • 5 out of 7 days on a shift rota basis – flexibility required.

  • Shifts: Morning: 10:00 am – 18:30 pm, Noon shift: 11:00 am – 19:30pm/ 12:00pm – 20:30pm, Salary: £23,000 – £24,000 per annum, Management bonus up to £7,000.
