An opportunity has opened for a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to join a UK-based innovation centre delivering cutting-edge R&D in compound semiconductor and power electronic technologies. This role offers a rare chance for a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead projects across aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors, driving forward the next generation of electrification.

As Principal Power Electronics Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across several R&D programmes, support engineering teams, and influence both design direction and long-term strategy. Projects span high-power SiC-based systems (100kW–2MW), EV propulsion, and aerospace auxiliary power applications.
