Our client are looking for Trainee DSA Needs Assessors to join them on a permanent basis, joining an in-house team. We are looking for the below locations: – Wales – Midlands (East and West) – London – East of England Role: Trainee DSA Needs Assessor Location: The role will be predominantly remote, however there will be a requirement to travel to visit customers on a weekly basis. Hours: Full Time OR Part Time available 4 days per week – 09:00-17:30 Salary: £27,500 full time or pro rata if part time N.B. Travel will be required for both roles for client and internal meetings and when requested as per the Company guidelines Responsibilities: Holding a structured meeting with an individual to identify appropriate study and support strategies to facilitate participation in their study activities including, and where appropriate, Non-Medical Helper (NMH) and travel support. Evaluate the suitability of, and offer advice on appropriate hardware, software, assistive technology and other aids for each individual. Produce formal written needs assessment reports in an appropriate format and in accordance with relevant guidance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Respond to post-assessment queries received from the customer or relevant Funding Body within the required timeframe.
