Digital IC Design Engineer – Edinburgh, Scotland A cutting-edge technology company is seeking a Digital IC Design Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation, commercial-grade LiDAR systems. As the Digital IC Design Engineer you will have experience in digital circuit specification, design, and verification for ASIC and mixed-signal SoCs. This position is based at the company\’s design centre in Edinburgh, Scotland , and offers the chance to work on some of the most innovative imaging systems in development today. Define digital architecture and block-level concepts Develop detailed specifications for digital functions RTL design and verification using SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL Collaborate closely with analog IC designers and subcontractors Write scripts in Python, Perl, or similar for automation and testing Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field ~5+ years of relevant industry experience in digital IC design This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about advanced sensing technologies and looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
