We are part of an independently owned hospitality group with two destination pubs in the Sussex countryside, each committed to exceptional food, creativity, and a progressive, supportive work culture. This role is based at The Jolly Sportsman in East Chiltington, our award-winning pub renowned for its elevated countryside dining, local sourcing, and consistent quality.

Our menus celebrate local, seasonal produce with a mix of elevated pub classics and refined dishes. You’ll collaborate closely with passionate local suppliers and play a part in shaping menus that genuinely excite our guests.
