Facilities: 50-seat fine dining restaurant Private dining room 20 seats Chef’s table and PDR experiences Event spaces for weddings and Sunday lunches Hotel with 30 bedrooms and plans for updated investments Operations: Hands-on leadership, including active participation in service Focus on sustainable, nose-to-tail dining with a 75% GP target Drive creativity while maintaining a strong team culture Brigade of 30 chefs Reputation: Participate in prestigious events featuring top-tier chefs Build on the legacy of culinary excellence established by notable figures What We’re Looking For A chef with a strong reputation in fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens.
