What You'll Be Doing:
- Headhunting and placing permanent chefs (CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, Exec Chefs) in some of the UK's most exciting venues
- Developing deep, consultative relationships with clients – understanding their kitchen culture, structure, and staffing needs
- Actively sourcing high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct approaches
- Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, from client briefing to final offer
- Writing engaging job adverts and conducting insightful candidate interviews
- Becoming a trusted partner to both clients and candidates
- Keeping systems updated and processes streamlined with excellent admin and database management
What We're Looking For:
- Previous recruitment experience (permanent placement or headhunting experience is ideal)
- A genuine passion for hospitality – maybe you've worked in kitchens or with chefs before
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Great at building rapport, influencing, and offering consultative advice
- Organised, efficient, and confident with recruitment tech & Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working to targets and motivated by success
