What You'll Be Doing:

  • Headhunting and placing permanent chefs (CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, Exec Chefs) in some of the UK's most exciting venues
  • Developing deep, consultative relationships with clients – understanding their kitchen culture, structure, and staffing needs
  • Actively sourcing high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct approaches
  • Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, from client briefing to final offer
  • Writing engaging job adverts and conducting insightful candidate interviews
  • Becoming a trusted partner to both clients and candidates
  • Keeping systems updated and processes streamlined with excellent admin and database management

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience (permanent placement or headhunting experience is ideal)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality – maybe you've worked in kitchens or with chefs before
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline
  • Great at building rapport, influencing, and offering consultative advice
  • Organised, efficient, and confident with recruitment tech & Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working to targets and motivated by success
