Payroll & Reward Manager Remote £63,000 p/a JGA are delighted to be working with a successful business looking to add a Payroll & Reward Manager to its team. Responsibilities include: Setting objectives and prioritising the workload for the payroll team Managing workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are being processed accurately Overseeing the outsourced payroll provider Communicating information to pension providers, HMRC, and other statutory bodies Overseeing reward and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with employment law Focusing on diversity and inclusion in all policies Conduct benchmarking, equal pay audits, and annual pay reviews Undertaking regular market-related pay research Acting as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to management Skills & experience required: Acting as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to management Proven background in managing end-to-end payroll processes Strong understanding of reward strategies, benefits administration, and benchmarking Ability to analyse data, conduct pay audits, and use HR and payroll systems Up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax compliance, and reward policies Experience managing projects Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to lead a team & set clear goals High level of accuracy in managing payroll data, ben…
