You will support the seamless running of the restaurant spaces, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all food options whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times. Greeting and acknowledging guests whilst building a rapport. Recognising repeat guests and addressing them with their names. Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menus offered and be able to answer queries and/or offer suggestions if asked. Upsell food and beverage menu items where possible, to maximize profit wherever possible.
To prepare, clean and clear tables, before, during and after service. Ensuring that all ordered food is announced to guests at the restaurant. Communicating guest complaints and compliments to management. Communicating guest special occasions to staff/management i.e. anniversaries, birthdays, proposals etc.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- Previous experience within hotels or service-based industry would be ideal but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Yes, yes, yes mentality.
- Can do attitude.
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
