What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the scale-up of new products from development trials to factory production
- Supporting factory trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development)
- Working alongside senior colleagues to help improve product quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering
- Helping introduce new processes and technologies under guidance from senior team members
