Rapier Employment are looking for medical delivery/van drivers to support our well-known client based around the Oxfordshire area.
Position: Van Driver
Hours: Start time 12:00 - finish roughly 20:00
Days: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours a week
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours worked
Responsibilities:
- Transporting blood and tissue samples between sites.
- Making anywhere between 20-30 drops per day.
- Pathology delivery and collections.
- Delivering internal mail between different sites.
- Collecting samples from surgeries as well as hospitals.
- No hazardous goods or heavy lifting required.
- Full training will be provided and further opportunities for progression or movement within the company down the line.
- Induction and assessments will be paid for.
- Possibility after 13 weeks to take the vehicle home.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or over due to insurance purposes.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Full UK driving licence.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required at some point.
