We’re looking for a proven Business Development Manager with a solid track record of selling installation services across the structured cabling, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Access Control, Fibre Optics, and Data Centre environments.

This is a true 360° BD role – you’ll take ownership from first contact to project completion, winning new work and growing key client accounts in the commercial and enterprise tech space.

  • Driving new business development across verticals including retail, commercial, education, and data centre sectors
  • Promoting and selling structured cabling, Wi-Fi upgrades, CCTV, access control, fibre installations, and wider networking infrastructure services
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, tendering, pitching, closing, and overseeing handover to project teams
  • Developing key relationships with IT Managers, Facilities Heads, Main Contractors, and End Clients
  • Identifying upcoming projects and framework opportunities across the UK

Strong background in B2B sales of technical installation services (structured cabling, data infrastructure, etc.) Proven experience managing the full BD cycle from cold lead to project handover. Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills. Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel (hybrid flexibility).
