We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to work with a highly respected Estate Agent in North London. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a company where you use their experience to take on more responsibility in a highly professional and friendly environment.
You will have a busy and varied role.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to the below:
- Looking after Residential London properties
- Carry out the day-to-day operations of the property management side of the business.
- Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants and landlords.
- Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise effectively.
- Deal with registration and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with all clients
- Using software’s such as outlook, OneDrive, Jupix, FixFlo
