Job Description

Senior Compliance Manager

Up to £35,000 basic

Monday – Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to oversee compliance and operational management across a mixed portfolio ofHMO, residential, and commercial properties.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of statutory compliance, inspections, and contractor coordination, ensuring all properties meet regulatory requirements while supporting day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance for Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs & Fire Risk Assessments
  • Register and manage HMO compliance, including RRO requirements
  • Book, manage, and log works on internal systems and issue certificates to tenants
  • Carry out property inspections
  • Oversee commercial maintenance, leases, inventories, and keys
  • Manage key control and key audits
  • Liaise with contractors and manage works end-to-end
  • Handle phones and act as front-of-house, greeting tenants, contractors, and visitors

About You

  • Proven experience in property compliance or senior property management
  • Strong knowledge of UK compliance, particularly HMOs
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Professional communicator with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders

Experience managing mixed portfolios is essential.
