To assist in their planned growth, they are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead and inspire their internal sales teams across two UK sites.

As Internal Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the sales and service strategy, driving performance, and supporting customer satisfaction. Based across two sites, you’ll manage a dedicated team of internal sales professionals, ensuring high levels of motivation, efficiency, and commercial success.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team across both sites.
  • Monitor and drive KPIs and sales targets to ensure strong commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with external sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support quoting, order processing, and customer relationship management.
  • Identify training needs and deliver continuous development opportunities for the team.
  • Champion CRM usage and data integrity to support business intelligence and planning.

Proven experience in an internal sales management role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to travel between two UK sites as required.
