Are you a recent law graduate with a keen interest in Risk & Compliance? We’re recruiting for a Compliance Analyst to join a growing in-house Risk & Compliance team based in a leading Manchester’s Spinningfields law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in legal compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the firm’s risk management framework across multiple legal practice areas.
  • Handling compliance queries and supporting internal staff via a central mailbox and phone.
  • Conducting procedural file reviews and monitoring AML alerts via SmartSearch.
  • Managing regulatory processes, including maintaining SRA records and practising certificates.
  • Assisting in data protection matters, regulatory research, and external assessments.
  • Delivering internal training and supporting team-wide compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A law degree or equivalent legal training.
  • A genuine interest in Risk & Compliance.
