This impressive and friendly law firm in Cheltenham is looking for a Legal Secretary CILEx graduate to step into their supportive firm as a Legal Administrator. This role will cover the following responsibilities: Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers’ services as necessary Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system Supporting the Legal PAs and Partners as and when they need. To apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months’ experience working in administration and be a Legal Secretary CILEx graduate. The firm may also consider recent school leavers with strong A Level results, or university graduates with administrative experience in a professional setting. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FIRM IS NOT CONSIDERING LAW GRADUATES FOR THIS PARTICULAR ROLE. This role is a permanent position and will pay up to £26k. Please apply here
