Our Global Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to drive category strategies, lead complex sourcing initiatives, and manage supplier relationships across multiple commodities. This hybrid role is split between their manufacturing site and Head Office.

You will be responsible for managing Direct sourcing for a busy manufacturing site.

Experience in Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing environments required.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute and implement global and regional sourcing strategies.
• Drive spend consolidation, automation, and supplier optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align sourcing with business goals.
• Lead negotiations and manage supplier performance and risk.
• Optimize sourcing tools and processes for greater efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field preferable.
• MCIPS qualified or working towards it (preferred).
• 5–10 years in procurement or category management.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and strategic leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering sourcing (a plus).
