What You’ll Be Doing:

? Sourcing suitable candidates

? Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews

? Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews

? Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance? Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding? Following our compliance processes? Booking successful candidates into training

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service?? Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills?? Experience using applicant tracking systems?? A confident and professional telephone manner?? A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach?? A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people

Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly
