Plasterer East London Permanent 40 hours per week Salary: £38,687 Per Annum Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Plasterer to work on a permanent contract with a well-established local authority in East London. This role will involve carrying out plastering works across void properties and reactive maintenance within council housing stock. The Role: Plastering works on void and occupied council properties Reactive maintenance and repairs Working to a high standard while meeting council timescales Customer-facing role within social housing environments Requirements: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Experience working within social housing, voids, or maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Package & Benefits: Permanent contract 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Company van and fuel card provided Long-term, stable work with a reputable local authority If you are a qualified plasterer looking for a secure, long-term role within a council environment, we would like to hear from you.
