We are seeking a technical Co-Founder to build upon an existing prototype / MVP. We are setting out to create a unique solution in the B2C recruitment, coaching and global talent mobility space.
Our platform enables early-stage professionals to gain the insights and confidence they need to embark on their international talent journey and land their dream job. Using an Augmented Intelligence approach we will combine human expertise and AI to empower career-decisions for talent and de-risk hiring for employers.
ROLE
- Work alongside the Founder to move swiftly from concept to launch
- Build a proprietary web and desktop application that can be used across markets
- Create a customised LLM/ GenAi tool
- Be the solo builder initially
- Oversee freelance technical hiring as necessary
- Support on funding pitches

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- First-hand technical coding and app/web development experience in Ai, GenAI and customising LLMs
- Experience in speech-to-text and text-to-speech

- Have built mobile and web apps from 0-1 in the B2C space
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in building for the staffing & recruitment industry
- Experience in building two-way marketplaces
