Are you passionate about providing care and support to others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include personal care, meal assistance, daily activities, and more. If you are a compassionate individual who values teamwork and up-skilling, we want to hear from you!

Location: Elmbrook Court, Grove Road, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 7BY

Hours: 2 x 21 hours per week OR 1 x 30 hours per week + 1 x 12 hours per week

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: Permanent – Part-time

Shift: Twilight (6pm – 12am)

What you will be doing:

  • Providing excellent care and support to our residents.
  • Assisting with meals and daily activities.
  • Supporting family members and visitors.
  • Participating in training and up-skilling sessions.
  • Engaging in daily activities and providing companionship.
  • Working closely with team members and management.

What you need:

  • A can-do attitude.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Team player.
  • Experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
