This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a family-run business that takes pride in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will assist customers and provide information about the diverse product range through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence. DAY-TO-DAY: Responding to customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and the website. Developing a thorough understanding of all products and providing detailed information to customers.
