I’m partnering with a leading real estate advisory firm looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Valuations team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity to take responsibility for valuing commercial assets across the UK, while supporting the management of several high-profile balanced funds, coordinating alongside three associates on portfolio valuations exceeding £8bn.
- Be responsible for the monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate assets allocated to you.
- Use valuation software (Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, KEL, MRi) to deliver accurate and timely reports.
- Abide by the principle of Continuing Professional Development as required by the RICS and stay up to date on market trends, property law, and best practices.
- Strong background in UK commercial property.
