We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Programme Manager to lead a large-scale greenfield implementation for a major UK organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep HCM delivery expertise and end-to-end programme oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, from design to post-go-live
- Manage overall solution governance, ensuring design integrity and alignment with business strategy
- Coordinate across multiple HCM workstreams, supporting teams to ensure delivery milestones are met
- Lead and monitor the post go-live support phase, ensuring smooth operational handover
- Provide leadership across project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
