Due to a growing order book, Kameo Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Quotation Engineer to support a busy sales team. Working for a well-established manufacturing/engineering company in Ely, you will be a multi-skilled professional and have a good working knowledge of engineering, specifically experience within fabrication and welding. This role may suit someone who is looking for a career move from production to an office-based role where they can utilise their knowledge within a more commercial environment.

Hours of work: Full time, 37.5 hours over a 4-day week Monday to Thursday (Fridays off) hours 7.30am β 5pm.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Quotation Engineer:
- Generate customer quotations from supplied information, while effectively obtaining all details required.
- Drive on-time delivery of quotations β recognising that pricing needs to optimise margin and profitability.
- Develop relationships at all levels of the supply chain both internal and external.
- Support Account Management, Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve customer-related issues in a timely fashion.
- Partake in customer and internal meetings.
What you will need to succeed as the Quotation Engineer:
- Background within the manufacturing/engineering industry, specifically with fabrication/welding experience.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be proactive and deliver timely, high-quality work.
