Certain Advantage is hiring for a Suspension Engineer based in Warwickshire. This role is on a contract basis until March 2026.
The Company: We’re working with a business within the Automotive Industry.
The Role: This role is for a dynamic Suspension Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed. You will be supporting the delivery of components from concept to production, overseeing all stages of the design, validation and production launch of components ensuring smooth integration between the bushes and the tier 1 commodities (links, knuckles & frames). As the team moves into an integrated systems engineering culture, this will also involve interaction with the Axle System Development teams.
The Individual: We’re looking for people who can show:
- Knowledge of rubber material through design of elastomers and/or mounts
- Working knowledge of the product creation and delivery process (use of iCreate)
- Agile / JIRA working knowledge
Education: Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
