We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a stable and growing company that values development and long-term career progression.

Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts (6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm)

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment – essential
  • A solid background in warehousing/logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of KPI monitoring and team motivation techniques
  • Experience managing resources, space, equipment, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in Goods In, Picking, and Replenishment
  • Motivate and lead teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Foster a culture of effective and professional communication
  • Provide occasional support at an alternative site in Milton Keynes
