As a valued member of our DLO, your working day will finish at 4.15pm Monday-Thursday and you will have an early finish on a Friday at 2.30pm. This allows for a great work/life balance for many employees. About the department: We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department. Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance. You will be welcomed into a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.
Providing our residents with new bathrooms is an extremely satisfying role which not only improves their properties but can make a real difference to their lives.
Role Information: We are looking for a multi-skilled, highly motivated technician with plumbing skills to join our team to renew adapted bathrooms. The work involved will include using a range of hand-held and power tools, removal of bathroom suites and fitting new ones, to provide an excellent standard of workmanship for our customers. A van will be provided with the role. If you value working in a customer orientated environment on your own, as well as part of a team, and take pride in providing customer satisfaction then this role would suit you.
