The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

To impact all areas of the gym, delivering high standards, driving all commercial areas & facilitating exceptional member experiences. This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. This role is accountable to various KPI’s and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Effective management of controllable costs such as:

  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training and onboarding of new team members within your gym
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
  • Reporting facilities & maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines
  • Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
  • Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations
  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whether on shift or not

Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable). Strong leadership qualities. Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers. Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
