FIND are delighted to be supporting an award winning, Ofsted graded Good training provider to hire a new Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor. Our client delivers high-quality apprenticeships and training solutions designed to help individuals and businesses develop skills, expand knowledge, and drive success. With a strong reputation for excellence, we work closely with employers to create tailored training programmes that meet the demands of today’s evolving workforce.

Role Focus

The role is home based with visits to our training centres to deliver face to face lessons as required and visits to settings delivering 1:1 or in groups. Our Tutors are required to deliver diplomas within the apprenticeship standards at levels 3 and 5 as part of the apprenticeship standards at levels 4 and 5. The role will involve supporting learners and visiting them in their workplaces in the Staffordshire and West Midlands areas. We will require the Tutor to deliver and embed functional skills at level 2 English and maths, deliver the knowledge skills and behaviours and the wider curriculum.

We Are Looking For

Ideally applicants will hold the A1/TAQA Assessor qualification or equivalent, or be willing to complete this qualification within the first few months of employment (with support). We are looking for someone who has recent occupational experience in residential child care, a passion for supporting others and a good level of Maths and English.

Benefits

We offer 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays in year 1, increasing each year to 30 days plus Bank Holidays after completion of 5 years’ service. Early finish on Fridays. Company pension. Health & wellbeing programme.
