We're looking for charismatic and enthusiastic individuals to join our clients bar teams for the Royal Highland Show this year - with opportunities for further work.
Royal Highland Show dates:
- Thursday 19th of June
- Friday 20th of June
- Saturday 21st of June
Bars will be open from 10am until approximately 8/9 pm, with working hours varying depending on the role and area you're working within. Pay rate will be £13 to £15 per hour - based on experience/level of responsibility (for example, bar staff holding personal licenses would be at a higher rate).
Ideally, you will have previous bar experience and your 2-hour licensing training certificate. However, if you have bar experience but not your 2-hours of licensing training, then we can organise this for you a few days before the event.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing great customer service
- Taking drink orders and up-selling where possible
- Preparing food and drink, ensuring compliance and standards are maintained
- Keeping the service and back-of-house areas clean
Further opportunities are available to help construct and dismantle the bars before and after the event - such as building bars, decorating, setting up stock etc. Working with us will not only be fun, but you'll have opportunities to develop your skills, progress in the industry, and meet future friends.
