Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy: Manage and lead on pre and post-contract duties. Client-facing responsibilities and collaboration with multi-disciplined teams. Production of cost estimates and plans. Tender Process: Preparation of tendering documents. Management of the tender process, including analysis and recommendations to the client. Advice on procurement routes. Project Management: Attend meetings, prepare financial reports, and monitor project status. Ensure projects remain on budget from design to completion.
