A fantastic 1:1 EA role has arisen, working for a leading, global Executive Search firm located in the West End. A broad role providing full business and project support to a senior consultant, who is soon to progress on to Partner level. The role will be varied with duties including extensive client interaction and building/maintaining relationships. Working extensively on an international and global scale, you will be required to hit the ground running and have meticulous attention to detail. An interesting role offering variation and autonomy and where you will be working collaboratively with the large team of EAs.
The successful candidate will have a circa of 5 years + relevant client-facing EA experience gained in professional services or finance. An Executive Search background would be an advantage but not essential. A calm approach with a superb eye for detail, someone who enjoys building relationships. A hybrid working model 3/2.
