This leading Executive Search Firm requires a Personal Assistant who will play a vital role in supporting the senior leadership team.
This executive search firm works with top-tier clients across a range of sectors. They pride themselves on professionalism, discretion, and delivering results at the highest level.
The Role: As a PA, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to one or more senior partners. Your day-to-day will involve managing demanding schedules, coordinating complex travel arrangements, preparing client-facing documents, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and email management for senior consultants/partners
- Organising meetings, interviews, and global travel itineraries
- Preparing presentations, proposals, and reports with accuracy and polish
- Maintaining client and candidate records with utmost confidentiality
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external communications
- Supporting project timelines and deadlines for multiple assignments
Looking For:
- Proven experience as a PA, EA or administrator in a professional services or executive search environment
- Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs
- Discretion, diplomacy, and a professional demeanour at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Invenias, Bullhorn, or similar)
