A vital and much loved charity are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support with key tasks such as outlined below:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel
- Organising and maintaining files (both physical and digital), updating databases, and managing records
- Ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace
- Entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
- Acting as a point of contact for external clients and providing information and assistance
This is a 6 month contract role to start asap and offers excellent exposure to the charity working world with a good variety of tasks.
This role will be a hybrid role, office based 3 days a week in a warm, welcoming and professional environment.
