Job Description

HGV CLASS 1 SHUNTER – NIGHT SHIFT

MONDAY – FRIDAY: 22:00 – 06:00

£17.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 1 Shunter for our client based in COALVILLE.

Day to Day Duties

Shunter driving either Unit or Tug
Must be experienced on Tug
Trailer Movements, inter site movements and yard control
Communicate with the transport team efficiently
Follow company policies and procedures
Comply with driving rules and regulations

Essential Skills

Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence
Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
Hold Terberg certification
Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
Work in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills

Training

Training will be provided and ongoing support throughout
