Process Engineering Manager Are you an experienced Process Engineering Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Key duties include: Leading the design and optimisation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Managing the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of equipment and facilities. Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Overseeing compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma). Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and facilities staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Managing large-scale projects and capital expenditure plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred). Extensive experience in process engineering and facilities management, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership skills, with a strong ability to mentor and develop teams.
