Customer Service & Sales Advisor £24,000 – £25,000 – Up to £300 monthly bonus & yearly company bonus 9.00 – 4.45 Monday to Friday Office based. Bradford A leading UK Manufacturing specialist is looking for an accont manager that can manage sales orders for key accounts, making cutsomer calls daily to introduce them to new products and offers to add to their existing accounts. This role is based on delivering cutsomer servce with a large existing customer base, so although you will be making outbound calls, this will be to exsiting customers that you get to know you, you will build relationships with, whilst maximising on their monthly account spend. 20-30 Calls a day. As the Internal Sales Account Manager, will be involved in all aspects of sales support administration, in a modern fast paced manufacturing open office site. This role is ideal for a pro-active and well organised individual who is looking to develop their existing customer service or sales skills in a busy services environment. Customer Service & Sales Advisor experience and enthusiasm to call and speak with people are the key skills needed for this role. Established over 35 years my client is renowned for international products, delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service & after care to their clients. You will be assigned some existing key customer accounts that you will develop through delivery of excellent customer service – this is NOT a sales role its liaising with existing customers and advising on product savings and new additions to the portfolio of products as well as managing current regular orders. You will also make calls to lapsed clients to understand their current trading needs and see if they would be happy to re connect and provide a quotation for their up and coming tenders. You will build fun relationships with the customers and diarise calls with them looking after all of their needs, checking on their project orders and keeping them happy. · Proactive inbound and outbound customer calls · Professional telephone manager · Managing and calculation tenders and quotations · Updating internal systems · Managing existing customer accounts · Calls to lapsed customer accounts to re connect and establish new order enquiries Working in busy & thriving office, you have an excellent telephone manner and the confidence to maintain a high level of customer service. You may experience working in a sales role and are not looking to stay in a target environment but enjoy calling customers and building relationships. The role will be split managing existing customer accounts and calling previous customers to try and establish a new relationship and generate new orders/tenders.. Competitive salary offered dependant on experience £24,000 – £25,000 with additional monthly bonus incentive, gym on site, a great holiday allowance and free parking on site.
