With a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, designers, builders, and horticulturists, they provide comprehensive, tailored solutions to meet a wide range of client needs. We are seeking a freelance Architectural Designer with strong Revit skills and experience in architecture or landscape architecture to support Stage 4 design development. Responsibilities, but are not limited to Interpreting and accurately modelling site levels and topography within the BIM environment Enhancing detailed drawings by adding accurate labels and annotations, and ensuring all elements are correctly modelled and coordinated Reviewing and refining sectional drawings, incorporating appropriate labels, graphics, and verifying alignment with design intent Integrating COBie (Construction-Operations Building information exchange) data into models as required to support asset information management Collaborating with internal teams to deliver coordinated and well-documented Stage 4 design packages Maintaining consistent drawing stan…
