The Company: The dynamic and fast-growing organisation is looking to expand their commercial sales team due to sustained growth. You will be joining an award-winning business whose software helps the development of their customer portfolio. The company has experienced year-on-year growth for the last 20 years and is highly profitable. They have a dynamic and enthusiastic sales culture, and you will have the opportunity to join a well-trained and motivated sales team.
The Role: You will be responsible for winning new business through strategic conversations at a senior level with companies. Adopting a consultative approach, you will build and develop strong working relationships over the phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will book sales meetings and carry out your own demos. There are excellent opportunities to progress to more senior roles within the team, supported by a range of sales enablement tools.
The Candidate: A technology or software sales background is beneficial, although other B2B backgrounds may be considered. Above all, you will have a good attitude, be curious, willing to learn, proactive, and driven. Having some previous B2B sales experience would make you an ideal candidate. You should have a proven track record, be keen and new business focused, and be happy to make a high volume of calls.

- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary, plus £10k-£15k OTE uncapped
