Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Senior Quantity Surveyor – a leading UK contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m. Key Benefits: – Continued growth resulting in opportunities for progression – Working as commercial lead on major projects – Excellent company training and development – Personable supportive team environment Requirements: – Experience managing sub-contractor variations – Experience working with a building contractor – Experience dealing with final accounts – Industry related qualification Key Duties: – Procurement and managing sub-contract packages – Dealing with variations and valuations – Input during pre-construction stage – Production of CVRs Salary & Package: – Great basic salary of £75,000 – £85,000 – Company Car Allowance (£6,000) – Performance Related Bonus – Annual Company Bonus To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £20m – £120m.
