With a national footprint and a forever expanding portfolio of high-end projects, our client delivers mechanical, HVAC, electrical & building fabric works to a range of environments such as healthcare, education, commercial & data centres.

Overview:

  • Prepare and issue enquiries for subcontractor and material packages.
  • Conduct site visits and liaise closely with client teams to understand project requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of principal contractor and subcontractor responsibilities.
  • Identify project risks and highlight potential opportunities.
  • Undertake accurate quantity take-offs from design documentation.
  • Utilise estimating software.
  • Support value engineering efforts during the design phase.
  • Review and assess subcontractor quotations for compliance with tender specifications.
  • Compile internal tender submissions.
