Overview:
- Prepare and issue enquiries for subcontractor and material packages.
- Conduct site visits and liaise closely with client teams to understand project requirements.
- Analyse and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of principal contractor and subcontractor responsibilities.
- Identify project risks and highlight potential opportunities.
- Undertake accurate quantity take-offs from design documentation.
- Utilise estimating software.
