Your Role Day-to-Day:
- Provide general support in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher
- Work closely with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
- Support children during lessons, break times, and school outings
- Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining the classroom
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Drive the school van or your own vehicle for school activities when required
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them grow
- Previous experience with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- Willingness to learn and undertake training on the job
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required
