AMS is the world’s leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with NatWest to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for multiple Change Analysts for a 6 month contract based in either London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Birmingham. NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking. Join us as a Change Analyst You’ll be joining our dynamic team to take charge of all face and voice biometrics for our app. You will be transforming the legal framework for these processes to ‘legitimate interest,’ ensuring we safeguard the bank and its assets. What you’ll do: Be at the forefront of innovation by designing and delivering the digital bank of the future. You’ll be responsible for creating and launching groundbreaking new experiences for our customers Revise and update technical and system documentation to reflect recent changes Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to keep project deliverables on track and ensure seamless operational engagement during change mobilisation. Evaluate the impact of changes to the business operating model on existing procedures and offer strategic recommendations for implementation. Follow through with the impact assessments and completing these. Collaborate with the technical team aligned within the change team throughout the project. The skills you’ll need: Experience of delivering change in large organisations. Legal and Privacy experience. Previous experience within Financial Services. Experience within Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite would be beneficial.
