Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Assisting the Construction Team with all Quantity Surveying functions, including contract compliance and advice. Identifying potential commercial risks and promptly reporting them to management. Managing operational procurement activities and providing contract support in collaboration with the Procurement Department. Overseeing subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final accounts. Providing analysis of issues and risks as required by management.
